Common uses
Shuddha Guggulu lowers the cholesterol and triglycerides levels in blood, maintains and improves the HDL to LDL ratio, reduces the risk of occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and is recommended especially for smokers, overweight people and people, leading stressful life.
Directions
Take 1 capsule twice a day. To be swallowed with water or milk.

No absolute contraindications. Consult your healthcare professional if pregnant or nursing.
Possible side effects
Shuddha Guggulu is not known to have any side effects if taken as per the prescribed dosage.
Additional information
Studies show that a 14-27% of LDL cholesterol and 22-30% of triglycerides levels were reduced when Guggulu was given to men and women with high cholesterol for 12 weeks with no change in diet or exercise.
